Another note, Skyox was bought by Xerox and now services all products. Everything that is pictured goes with the bottle. Skyox 24 cubic foot O2 bottle in used condition and out of hydro static test date. Flow indicators with the Skyox connections, after flow you can remove mask and attach a cannily if prefer it I do theres 5 standard canals included.

Mine was cheap, and I fill it myself so didn bother with testing. I had no issues last time used it, it also includes a basic bottle bag you can strap to the seat back next. Overall in good condition, no longer needed as I have a smaller two place system use more often.
